If you haven’t seen it yet it is worth the dough.  Just stay till the very very end and you will get a bonus treat as well.

I’m probably going to go see it this weekend.  Judging by the previews, it looks like Downey Jr. plays a good Tony Stark.

What’s the rating on it?  Is it something I can take my kids too cause I would love to see it with them.  not that I put much stock in the rating system now days.  A lot of PG movies should be rated G.

It’s one “bedroom scene” in the beginning and some innuedo on the sex.  Got some “cartoon violence” but not blood and guts.

Heh, my kids have watched some pretty gory movies like Beowolf - they both lost thier appitite watching it.  Also, there is a 5 year difference in age so I’m not so much worried about my daughter but my son who is only 8.  He did just watch cloverfield and he does like the Indiana Jones movies, and of course Pirates of hte caribean, spider-man , star wars...and Alvin and the Chipmonks.

I just watched it, and after watching the credits waiting for yet ANOTHER appearance by Sammy Jackson, I saw that Stan Lee was in the film.  And I’m kicking myself for not realizing ahead of time that he would have his customary appearance.  Therefore I did not think to look for him.  Did anyone else catch him in whatever role he had that probably lasted about 5 seconds?

He was the Hugh Hefner look alike on the red carpet at the party with the 3 blondes around his arms.  Stark walks up to him and taps him on the shoulder and says “What’s up Hugh?” or something like that.  I think he was wearing a robe and sunglasses.

It was a much sneakier Stan Lee appearance this time and a very poor Hef double...except for the hotties on his arm.
